1. For processing accuracy, please try to submit files that we can directly recognize.
2.For components that do not require highly precise dimensions, such as custom Chinese ancient architectural models, clients may also choose not to provide exact measurements. They only need to specify component requirements or submit materials including physical photos. We will carry out a feasibility design based on your needs and arrange production only after confirmation with you. Of course, any design fees incurred during this process shall be borne by the client.

In accordance with the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China, both parties adhere to the principles of equality, voluntariness, and good faith. Party A provides Chinese ancient architecture component sourcing, manufacturer matching, and procurement consulting services for Party B. Both parties reach the following agreement:
1. Service Content
1.1 Service Scope
Party A provides pure information matching and consulting services for Chinese ancient architectural components, traditional building parts, custom models, non-standard machining products, and building materials.
1.2 Service Content
- Collect and confirm Party B’s product demand (including ancient architecture components, materials, size, craft, certification, quantity, delivery time).
- Screen and recommend 3 qualified Chinese manufacturers with experience in ancient architectural production.
- Provide factory qualification, capacity, and case information.
- Assist Party B to complete smooth transaction docking.
1.3 Service Process
- Initial recommendation: Within 7 working days after receiving fee and complete demand, Party A recommends 3 manufacturers.
- Secondary recommendation: If Party B fails to cooperate, submit a written application within 14 days; Party A recommends another 3 manufacturers.
2. Service Fees
2.1 Fee Standard
- Minimum fixed fee: not less than USD 50
- Proportion fee: not more than 5% of the final transaction amount
2.2 Payment
- Party B pays a deposit of USD 50 when signing. The deposit can be offset against the final service fee.
- If no transaction is concluded, Party B only pays the fixed fee of USD 50.
3. Rights and Obligations
- 3.1 Party A shall verify factory authenticity but shall not be liable for product quality or contract performance between Party B and manufacturers.
- 3.2 Party B shall provide true and complete demand information, especially for ancient architectural style, structure, and cultural characteristics.
- 3.3 Both parties keep confidential all business information and customer drawings during the cooperation.
4. Manufacturer On-site Verification
At Party B’s request, Party A can conduct on-site verification of ancient architecture component factories, including scale, production lines, and product samples. Travel expenses shall be borne by Party B.
5. Confidentiality Clause
Both parties keep confidential for 3 years after contract termination. Confidential information includes customer drawings, ancient architecture design data, manufacturer resources, and business secrets.
6. Liability for Breach
- If Party A fabricates manufacturer information, refund all fees and pay 20% liquidated damages.
- If Party B delays payment more than 15 days, Party A may terminate the contract without refund.
- If Party B discloses manufacturer information, pay liquidated damages of USD 1,000.
7. Dispute Resolution
Governing law: the People’s Republic of China.
Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; if failed, submit to the people’s court where the contract is signed.
8. Other Provisions
This contract is made in duplicate. Annexes (Product Demand Document) have the same legal effect.

Products comply with Chinese ancient architectural craft standards, industry quality standards, and confirmed samples. Pre-shipment inspection is supported.
5. Packaging & Shipping
Export standard packaging, moisture-proof, shockproof, suitable for long-distance transportation. Wooden packaging complies with ISPM 15.
6. Risk Transfer & Insurance
Under FOB/CIF/CFR terms, risk transfers when goods pass the ship’s rail.
Under CIF terms, Party A covers All Risks + War Risk for 110% of invoice value.
